Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) may begin processing on the following business day. During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or limited-edition launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping within eligible regions across the United States. We do not offer international shipping at the momment.
Estimated delivery times for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
At this time, Korzemira may not ship to certain restricted locations, including some remote regions or PO boxes depending on carrier limitations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.
We may offer:

Order Tracking

Returns, Changes & Cancellations
Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, certain snack products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work closely with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Korzemira is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if packages are returned and require reshipment.
